We have a passion to exceed expectations of both consumers and clients.  For nearly 20 years we have worked to not only provide the best repairs within the industry but to help consumers preserve pieces that have been a part of their family. 
Who we are

In 2001 Rex Folkerts our CEO was a single service technician conducting repairs as a side job while working full time within Minnesota and Iowa.  He quickly realized that demand for his services outgrew his part-time availability.  
Due to the demand for his services he quickly became a full-time self-employed service technician.  He grew his business and began to hire individuals to work with him in order to keep up with the demand.  
As the business continued to grow and demand was spreading into several other states Rex partnered with an individual to create his own proprietary software system (SOS) to help increase efficiency and create a whole new experience for clients and technicians.  This led to the inception of Furniture Solutions Network (FSN) approximately two years ago.  


We are a network of over 200 technicians operating throughout 40 different states with a leadership team that is dedicated each and every day to ensuring that we exceed the expectations of the consumers and clients we represent.  With Rex's vision nearly 20 years ago of building a relationship with each individual customer that welcomes us into their home, we continually work to exceed their expectations.
